Brian's observation: the trained model obeys but the vanilla dragon "smokes and does things" — more alive.
Question: is that a corpus problem, or just the adapter dialed too hot? Same seed/prompt/warp/window across all four.
If 0.6–0.8 keeps the camera + timing but recovers the liveliness, the fix is a knob, not a training run.
